Jennifer Van Rooy
Program Administrator / ISO Coordinator

Jennifer is Orion ISO's Program Administrator and is responsible for the oversight and implementation of the company's CDCS program. With a background in Human Resources, Jennifer has worked with the CDCS program for a number of years. She has received national training by the Center for Self-Determination, and is involved in a number of local committees, including the Statewide Steering Committee on System Redesign and the Ramsey County CDCS Advisory Committee.

Alicia Corbett
ISO Coordinator

Alicia has eighteen years experience in the human services field. She has worked as a counselor with people with a range of disabilities including mental illness, brain injury, and autism, as well as caring for the elderly. She also supervised group homes which focused on the development of programs for the care of adults with developmental disabilities.

Missy Schraut
ISO Coordinator / Reports Analyst

Missy’s position with Orion ISO is that of ISO Coordinator and Reports Analyst. Her primary duties include working directly with families using the Consumer Directed Community Support option of their waiver, as well as working behind the scenes tracking expenditures and payroll for all families who work with Orion.

Lara Trujillo
ISO Coordinator

Lara has had more than ten years experience in education. A former public school teacher in Minnesota, she worked with dozens of children with a range of physical and developmental disabilities as well as behavioral issues, helping to coordinate and facilitate the implementation of Individual Education Plans into the mainstream curriculum and classroom. Lara now joins Orion ISO, helping to support consumers and families in managing their waiver and grant services as an ISO Coordinator.
