below of how our work has made a positive difference in
the lives of the families we serve. We invite you to read
these stories so that you might have a better understanding
of what we do, and what we can do for you and your family.
Our son was diagnosed with Autism
in 1994. We have been on TEFRA and Waivered services
in Minnesota for most of the past 10 years.
We have had Orion ISO as our Fiscal Intermediary
over the past four years. It has been a positive experience.
They have added a personal and professional touch to all
they have done for our son and for us as a family. They
listened to our needs and have worked hard to help us
with questions that have come up in a timely and professional
manner. We were one of the first families to go on the
Consumer Directed Community Support services (CDCS) through
Orion ISO. They helped us with this transition and made
it a positive experience.
I highly recommend Orion ISO because they
have been a part of the web of support we have needed
for our son, and have helped us whenever we needed it.
I always felt that they are there for us, will work
with us and find individual solutions to our family’s
needs.

trust you all. You are there whenever I need an answer.
Everyone is so kind. If I need something, you’re
there. My son is so much happier, and I feel really good.
We can now get him the things he needs without any problems.
When he needed a recliner, Orion ISO and the Case Manager
were there for him. When he needed a mirror for speech
therapy, it was here. Working along with Orion ISO and
the case manager, we all work together as a team, which
is very important to make my son happy. He loves all the
extra attention. He is so happy now.

Working with Orion ISO as our Fiscal
Intermediary provider has been a pleasure from the very
beginning. The staff has helped a great deal in preparing
budgets and seeing that our staff is paid properly. Phone
calls and emails are always returned promptly, and questions
are answered.
We are confident that Orion ISO has the necessary knowledge
to follow all federal and county regulations, as confusing
as they may be at times. Integrity and professionalism

to assist us with our bathroom renovation and the stair
glide installation. You stayed on top of the situation
and helped to bring it to completion. We appreciate everything
that you do for us.
Just so you know that what you do has far
reaching benefits, let me tell you what these two adaptations
have done for our family. We no longer have to carry our
twenty-one year old handicapped son up and down the stairs.
We no longer have to lift him in and out of the bathtub.
Most of all, he can retain his dignity and quality of
life by enabling him to remain in our home. What you do
is very important to a lot of people and makes our jobs
easier.
