The Constellation is the organization’s community outreach newsletter. It is issued quarterly to our consumers, their families and guardians, case managers, county representatives, and other interested parties or “stakeholders.” Our goal with this publication is to share as much information as possible about our organization, its employees, and the people whom we serve.
