How you feel about our staff:  We are very proud of the positive feedback we received about our employees here at Orion ISO.  Almost 100% feel our staff are courteous and respectful, knowledgeable and helpful and respond in a timely manner to your phone calls and e-mails.  Clients are also very satisfied with the services their Coordinator provides.

What you think of our expense summaries:  The responses we received about our expense summaries were positive for the most part; although we do feel we can make some improvements in this area.

We would like encourage as many people as possible to use the on-line viewing option for the expense summaries that is available through our website.  This is a simple and easy way to view your most current expense summary at any time without having to wait for it to come monthly in the mail.  Contact your Coordinator to sign up for this.

Your satisfaction with our expense reimbursement and payroll processes:  While our clients responded very favorably in these two areas (over 95% satisfaction) we are continually making improvements to our payroll and expense processes and procedures to be more efficient and accurate in these areas.  We are working on developing web based timesheets, expense sheets and mileage sheets that give our clients another convenient option to submit this information to us. 

Your satisfaction with the quality of our services overall:  We are extremely happy to report that over 97% of our clients are either satisfied or very satisfied with the overall services we provide. Here are a few of the many comments we received:
