If you have already been in communication with one of our intake coordinators, we are happy to continue working with you to complete your intake. If you have not yet been in contact with one of our intake coordinators, at this time, we are scheduling new intake appointments beginning November 1, 2026. Referrals continue to be welcomed, and individuals referred now will be placed on our intake schedule for appointments starting in November.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to provide a high-quality onboarding experience for every person and family we serve. We look forward to the opportunity to work with you.
