Consumer- Directed Community Supports (CDCS)
Consumer Directed Community Supports (CDCS) is a flexible service option that allows individuals and families to design a service plan that meets their needs by allowing choice in who to hire, as well as the ability to purchase approved goods and services.
Consumer Support Grant (CSG)
The Consumer Support Grant (CSG) is an alternative county-funded program that allows individuals and families to purchase a variety of supplies, services and have supports, such as staffing, on a month-to-month basis.
Individualized Home Supports without Training
Individualized Home Supports without Training is a 245D licensed traditional service option that allows individuals staffing support, homemaker, chore, and/or respite care.
Community First Services and Supports (CFSS)
CFSS is a new self-directed flexible health care program that helps support people living in the community with day-to-day activities and is funded through Medical Assistance, waiver and Alternative Care programs.
